HR Management module helps in proper management of all the staff and employees of the institute. The admin can add an employee and its details like category, position, department and bank details.
Using this module admin can view the employees, search them through various filters and also manage them using various sub modules like employee leave management, payroll management, attendance management, payslip generation and assignment of teachers with one or more subjects. Hence, all the employee data is maintained in this section to avoid duplicity of staff information across the organisation.
